Nicholle La Vann is an award winning filmmaker with a Masters of Fine Arts from The City University of New York, where she completed her last documentary “110 Morningside†featuring Abiodun Oyewole from the legendary “Last Poets.†She received her B.A. from the University of Buffalo where she completed her film “25 Years 2 Freedom†The Betty Tyson Story about a woman who served 25 years for a murder she didn’t commit.
