I am the Founder and President of Africa Volunteer Corps, an NGO facilitating Africans doing long-term volunteer work in African-initiated NGO's. We're starting our pilot program in Tanzania this year. I joined D-Word to connect with filmmakers to participate in AVC's Visualize Change Film Forum fundraiser, showcasing empowering and positive stories about Africa.
