I am a documenatry maker from Pune, India. A graduated civil engineer trained himself in filmmaking by working with director duo Sumitra Bhave and Sunil Sukthankar. Apart from assisting in direction for features and documentaries, I edited more than a dozen documentaries, before he started working as a director. Directed a short fiction ‘Sometimes’, a TV program ‘Olakh’ for a Marathi channel and certain documentaries including ‘Forts’, ’Maharashtra:the place’, ‘The Unfolding White’ and four documentaries about the ‘tribes of Maharashtra’. Also worked as an editor for the National award winning Marathi feature film ‘Devrai’(The sacred Grove). Received ‘International Jury Award’ for ‘The Unfolding White’ in Ekotop film festival, Slovakia in 2007
