Yes, Lucy did a great job and the backdrop is interesting, just the thought D-Word had hats and I never knew about it. Not saying I would buy one, but...
hey that's Amsterdam, no?
Ha! Sad? My d-word hat is still doing the rounds of the farm animals http://www.d-word.com/topics/show/80?post=99653
Yes, that's Amsterdam. IDFA 2005. Brings back waves of nostalgia.
Happy New Year,
I am requesting help from a peer group that speaks to cartoon development. The script, audio and art is ready in rough form and ready for next step towards presentation.
I need advice for presenting best storyboard content as many possible target markets can be reached.
My original concept was a 30 minute MTV or Adult Swim style gag humor show but could also reach markets for education and has movie potential.
Any help in organizing and experienced agents contacts would be appreciated.

Hello all, and a happy new year! I hope 2012 brings happiness, health & prosperity to us all. I'm Manuel Tsingaris, a Freelance Editor based out of San Francisco but with my porta-edit suite I'm willing and able to go anywhere for work. I have accommodations in LA & NYC already in place because I tend to work primarily in the three aforementioned cities. Any way I'm wrapping up a documentary and just wanted to spread the word that I'm available. My site <www.tsingaris.com> has my resume, bio & sample clips. I'm an award winning Editor with 16 years experience under my belt. I look forward to becoming an active member in this cyber-community, and to eventually meet some of you in the near future. Peace to you all, Manuel
Welcome, Leonard and Manuel. Leonard, this is a documentary forum so not sure how many will be into cartoon developement. But you never know and wish you well.
Thank you very much Doug.
I am STOKED that I came across this community of doc enthusiasts/professionals and I'm hoping to make some friends and connections through this site. I'm Brandon Watts, a freelance shooter/editor and sometimes director. I have 6 years of video/broadcast production experience and I'm really looking to get into documentary production. Whether it be assisting on shoots and editing or brainstorming on new ideas. I have a camera, light kit (Cool Lights), laptop and editing software (Avid,Final Cut,Premiere). If you need help on your production or want to work together on getting something started please feel free to contact me as I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible. I have a passport and will travel anywhere for a good story. Here's a link to my work:
On there you will find my first attempt at producing a documentary titled, "The Sound of Progress". I'm very proud of it because it was my first shot at it and I was able to tell a story even though doubts flooded in throughout the process.
At this point, I'm willing to work for no pay just to get more experience and make my resume look interesting. I look forward to meeting and discussing things with you. Take it easy!wattsbrando (at) yahoo (dot) com
