Hey D-Word people,
I'm looking for a camera person in Omaha, NE. Anyone got a contact there that I could reach out to?
I prefer if they have their own equipment and it would be super if it were panasonic, but not essential.

Contact me at claytweel.alt@gmail.com

Thanks!

The Red Rock Film Festival still has plenty of room in the Documentary Featurette and Documentary Short-Short categories as well as the Young Filmmaker Documentary, Documentary Feature and Documentary Short standards. But, of course, it's not until November. https://www.withoutabox.com/login/4410

Hi –

We're a small documentary film company with 3-5 people is looking to sublet some furnished space in Brooklyn or Manhattan – possibly long term.

Ideally, we'd like one room with a door we can use as an edit suite (we have our own system) and 2-3 desks either in an adjacent office or open space.

We're losing our current space on Feb 1, so we'd like to move as soon as possible.

Please contact Edna at 212.367.8475 x 111 or ealburquerque[at]panglossfilms[dot]com

The Guga Hunters of Ness with Mike Day

Saturday, February 4th at 7:30pm, $9 suggested donation.

Join director Mike Day and writer Jennifer Merin (About.com) for a screening of his documentary "The Guga Hunters of Ness" at UnionDocs.

“A gorgeously shot documentary feature that takes viewers into the heart of this ancient tradition, celebrating its longevity and lamenting its decline without once being patronizing, overly worthy or dull. The Guga Hunters Of Ness is poetic, haunting, its beautiful imagery making it hard to look away.” – EYE FOR FILM

Hi everyone,

I'm currently in Houston shooting some material for a documentary I'm making about the radio program, the Prison Show.

I'm looking for a PA for a few hours this week to help with some tracking shots. Depending on the weather (rain is predicted), either Thursday, Friday or Saturday. There is pay.

If anyone has any recommendations I'd be most appreciative.
You can email me at gabriella.kessler@gmail.com

Many thanks,
Gabriella
