My name is Sergio I live in London and work internationally, my background is in music composition for film. Two years ago I founded Big Bang Lab, a cultural-social enterprise working across Film, Music and Heritage to achieve social change in communities. My name is Jill.

During a hiatus from directing my first documentary, "STRIPPED"... (Okay, after my first one, I said I'd never make another one and got sucked into it again) I actually learned how to shoot and edit and started my own production company www.shootingninjas.com. Currently am finishing a film about female boxers, depression and post traumatic stress disorder, called "Fighting It." I am looking forward to connecting with other doc filmmakers and finding some community here.

Kristof again (after a while on d-word again) – I am currently studying at the National FIlm+Television School in UK for the 2 year MA Documentary Direction. Currently I am preparing my subject for this MA
dissertation to be written next year. I am thinking of making a paper about personal documentaries and their influence on the family/relatives. Etc (I just started off) and I might like to interview you about it.

I recently completed a feature-length doc, GIRLS ON THE WALL, which was a co-production with ITVS (great experience working with them). I'm now working as an assistant film director with the most eminent indian film maker; BUDDHADEB DASGUPTA. But you all know that in INDIA its very difficult to be an independent film maker . i've completed the research work for two of my ducomentaries .
my first project is about the children who lived on footpath of calcutta;but they all have a very pain full history; and the causes are very socio-economical.........
and my second project is on MEDICINE;how the people of INDIA are cheated by those multinational medicinal companies.......
i've approach to many people and tried to make my dream true' but i faild. so i'm requesting you to give me some suggestions for it (i.e:how do i find producers.....). thanking you; moloy

My name is Martin Touhey and my company Sleepyeyed Films LLC is currently in pre-production of a documentary about the legendary video game Dragon's Lair. Hi! This is Almudena Carracedo, I'm officially introducing myself here!

I am a Spanish filmmaker who was based in Los Angeles until two months ago, and now happily based in Brooklyn. I recently directed Made in L.A. (www.MadeinLA.com) which was my first feature doc and ended up wining an Emmy. After 2 and 1/2 years of intense and rewarding outreach and community engagement my partner Robert Bahar (also D-worder) and I are slowly wrapping up the project and moving onto new things.
