- Synopsis
The US Supreme Court was specified in the US Constitution, and hasn't changed much since. In this time, the world, and our Country have changed enormously. The current problems with the court will continue until we can make changes in how the court is specified and operates. Since this would require changing the constitution, and the court as it operates now is popular with a loud minority, we're going to have to figure out workarounds. We have a long history of figuring out government hacks and workarounds, we should be able to figure out something.
