Jackie Perez Pro

Jackie Perez is a nuclear engineer turned filmmaker.

When she's not putting out production fires as a coordinator with Oakland creative agency Glass and Marker, she's co-producing a feature documentary on all things cosmic horror and learning a ton as a Women in Film DC Documentary Fellow with her project LAS TAMALERAS. Her first book, a new biography about the inspiring life of astronaut Sally Ride will be published by Bloomsbury in March 2025. Jackie is represented by Jon Hersh at Housefire Management.
