Since I was a small boy, the ability to comprehend the emotions of others, to grasp how wonderful it felt to hit a home run or how sad it made others feel when their dog ran away, has always been of utmost importance to me. A similar empathy that I experienced when watching movies drove me to editing them; as a result, I can now build narratives and communicate these emotions in editing to elicit the same genuine human response from seemingly unrelated dailies.
